Inquiry information

When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, player name, package selection, replay estimate, and message you provide. We use this information only to answer your request and provide the service.

Replay and video files

Files supplied for an order are used only to select, capture, edit, and deliver your requested videos. Raw replay files, temporary recordings, and working files are deleted within 14 days after you accept delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Processors

Our website hosting provider processes ordinary server logs. Resend processes inquiry emails. A private file transfer provider may process files you upload for an order. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete an inquiry or active project files by replying to any project email. Legal or payment records may be retained when required.
