Orders and delivery

Scope, price, delivery date, and file transfer instructions are confirmed before payment. Delivery estimates begin after all usable files and requested branding are received.

Revisions

Standard packages include one consolidated revision round requested within seven days of delivery. New clips, a different creative direction, or additional formats may require a separate quote.

Your files and permissions

You confirm that you are permitted to supply the replay files, names, logos, music, and other materials submitted with an order. You retain ownership of your original materials. You receive the finished deliverables for personal and social media use, subject to the rights of the game publisher and any third party assets you request.

Refunds

If we cannot process the supplied files, we will offer replacement files or a refund for the undelivered work. Completed custom editing work is otherwise not refundable, but we will use the included revision to correct work that does not match the confirmed scope.
